My wellness journey started way back in high school, and let’s just say—it’s been a ride. From training and competing in ultra marathons to diving deep into holistic health, I’ve learned (sometimes the hard way) that wellness is about so much more than just workouts and clean eating.
I used to think I had it all figured out—until I realized I was neglecting key pieces like stress, hormones, and actually creating balance in my life. And if I’ve learned anything recently, it’s that wellness isn’t linear. Over the last few years, I let stress and a lack of boundaries with work get the best of me, and I felt the impact—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Now, I’m on a mission to get back to feeling like my healthiest, strongest self while also embracing grace along the way.
I’m all about a holistic approach to wellness—one that includes non-toxic living, stress management, and small, sustainable lifestyle shifts that support both the body and mind. But let’s be real—I’m still figuring it all out. I’m not perfect, and I don’t have all the answers, but I do know that showing up, learning, and growing is what truly matters.
