My wellness journey started way back in high school, and letβs just sayβitβs been a ride. From training and competing in ultra marathons to diving deep into holistic health, Iβve learned (sometimes the hard way) that wellness is about so much more than just workouts and clean eating.
I used to think I had it all figured outβuntil I realized I was neglecting key pieces like stress, hormones, and actually creating balance in my life. And if Iβve learned anything recently, itβs that wellness isnβt linear. Over the last few years, I let stress and a lack of boundaries with work get the best of me, and I felt the impactβphysically, mentally, and emotionally. Now, Iβm on a mission to get back to feeling like my healthiest, strongest self while also embracing grace along the way.
Iβm all about a holistic approach to wellnessβone that includes non-toxic living, stress management, and small, sustainable lifestyle shifts that support both the body and mind. But letβs be realβI’m still figuring it all out. Iβm not perfect, and I donβt have all the answers, but I do know that showing up, learning, and growing is what truly matters.
